Project Scope
The project is to provide local road connectivity in Bennett Springs between Dulwich St and Cheltenham St when the Morley Ellenbrook Line (MEL) project is complete.
- Construction of 446m of road construction (extension of Cheltenham Street) and Driveways
- Installation of 3 X 9.6m Box culverts (1200X300mm)
- Installation 4 X Driveway RCP culverts
- Prime, Seal and Asphalt of 446m of road and Driveways
- Installation of Linemarking, Signs and Guideposts
- Construction of 750m2 carpark
